What You Should Know About Me
My passion for counseling began when I myself sat in a room with a counselor who cared for me and helped me unpack painful parts of my story with grace and truth. Experiencing that kind of care for myself ignited in me a passion to offer that same care to others.
I enjoy counseling couples who desire a more intimate marriage. I also enjoy counseling women who are grieving, coping with anxiety, or struggling with sense of self. I long for all of my clients to experience the freedom and peace that come from the power and love of the Gospel.
I married my husband in 2001 and love life with him. We have two sons, Emerson and Huxley, who are both always teaching and surprising us.
Why are you a part of Karis House?
I helped start and continue to serve at Karis House because I am passionate about offering people in need of healing and restoration, a safe, inviting place to begin that process.
