What You Should Know About Me
I believe that people were created to flourish through relationship with God, others, the world and ourselves. Often our realities feel far from this flourishing and we are left feeling isolated and stuck. I am passionate about encouraging people to embrace their emotions, and explore what it means for them to grow as a whole person. Being invited to listen to people's stories and to join them in their pain and joy is a privilege.
I love trees, growing plants and being outside--even on rainy days.
Three years ago I married my high school sweetheart and longtime best friend. Together we have a beautiful cat named Ann and enjoy reading, cooking and camping together.
Why are you apart of Karis House?
I am honored to be part of the ministry of Karis House and am thankful for how they seek to care for those they serve and one another.
