What You Should Know About Me

You are welcome in my office. You are welcome to wrestle with God here, or grieve the losses in your story, or fight for your marriage, or repent of the ways you self medicate, or challenge yourself to move into fearful places, or just rest. My hope is that the Lord will "take hold of your right hand and say to you, 'Do not fear; I will help you.'" Isaiah 41:13

I tricked a sweet girl from Louisiana into marrying me over 19 years ago. We have a teenage daughter that is spunky, creative and thoughtful. And we have a middle school son that likes to beat me at monopoly any chance he gets.

Why are you apart of Karis House?

It's a great honor to be a part of a ministry to our church community and to our neighbors, bringing the truth of God's redemptive love to the broken places in people’s lives and hearts. We have an amazing team of counselors and support staff and I love coming to work each day.
