I have mental health experience in a variety of settings from foster care, adoption, children homes, South Africa, and HIV/AIDS. My intervention usually includes a component of play therapy. Interest areas/specialties: I have 2 years of professional counseling experience and have enjoyed working with couples and individuals struggling with depression, sexual addiction, spiritual struggles, marital problems, and life adjustment. I am interested in helping men encounter God’s grace in the midst of sexual sin, loneliness, and relational trouble. Why do you work at Karis? I love working at Karis House because it is understood that the staff members need the Gospel at least as much as the people they are counseling.

Interest areas include individuals/couples with depression, anxiety, past abuse, ineffective communication, anger, stress management and spiritual/identity confusion. I also have experience working with clients with a variety of addictions issues.
Why do you work at Karis? Grace is the foundation to effective counseling. I’m personally humbled by and dependent on God’s grace and I’m grateful to be serving within an organization that depends on it as well.

I have 16 years of experience working in the business financial arena where I have worked as a bookkeeper, a regional accountant, and as an internal auditor. Why do you work at Karis? I love being on mission with people that find their identity in Christ, and despite their brokenness, long to see all glory to God.
